The Organising Committee is pleased to announce that the Proceedings of the EAAE Annual Conference 2026 will be published by Springer Nature. The publication will be available in digital format, and authors will be able to download their papers free of charge through a dedicated access link provided by the publisher. The volume will be indexed in Scopus.

All submitted papers will undergo a peer review process before publication.
Further information regarding the submission procedure will be communicated to registered authors in due course.

Full Paper Requirements
• Full papers must be between 3,000 and 5,000 words (including references).
• The submission calendar is already available on the conference website
• Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to the Springer paper template, which can be downloaded at the following: EAAE 2026 – SPRINGER full paper template

Please note that only authors who have completed their conference registration will be eligible to submit a full paper for consideration in the conference proceedings.
