How to add Tours and confirm the Gala Dinner

This page is for participants who have already completed the EAAE Cagliari 2026 conference registration. Here you can:

Confirm attendance at the Gala Dinner. It is included in your registration fee at no extra cost, but we need your confirmation to plan the headcount and your dietary preferences.
Book an optional Tour. Free tours and the self-guided tour have no cost. The two paid guided tours are charged via their own dedicated bank transfer covering only the tour fee, with a specific reference code we will send you. This payment is always handled as a distinct transaction: do not combine it with your conference fee, even if the conference fee is still unpaid — the two must remain as two independent bank transfers so we can reconcile them correctly.

Deadline for both: August 3, 2026.
